The production and engineering team is always at the forefront of the technology enabling SJPC to exceed customer's expectations in the microelectronics industry and reach metals concentration down to the ppb level.

Their contributions include optimizing the plant and equipments, improving production methods and developing and maintaining sound and repeatable processes to give reliable products.

Constructed to produce fine chemicals, SJPC plant is constantly being upgraded to meet changing market needs. SJPC is always investing in new equipment to improve quality, efficiency and yield.

This facility houses a number of glass-lined reactors ranging from 10 to 3000 gallons. These reactors are equipped with variable speed agitators and can be operated at different temperatures from -15°C to 204°C and most have a reflux condenser. Complementary equipment includes filtration devices, flash chromatography and vacuum dryers for post reactor processes.

Over the years, SJPC has acquired an expertise in scaling up from grams to tons using the same type of equipment that is used in the laboratory or the plant.
